Random: I've been craving this for so long now:
It's called "juk" and basically it's like rice congee/porridge/whatever you wanna call it and it sooooo delicious (to me anyways). This place has served up the best kimchi I've had so far (I asked for 2 refills of it) and it just warms you up. Prices range from $6-$12 and I think that's a little pricey for rice soup but the taste is worth it. I've been searching for the restaurant called "Bon Juk" ever since I left this branch in Gangnam and felt so frustrated b/c I couldn't find one. Then, one day out of the blue, I realized that there was one just down the hill on the second story of a corner building. I hate it when you're looking for something and can't find it and when you finally give up, it appears right in front of you *sigh*
Anyways, I'm going to do a recap on a lot of thing that I forgot I did until I looked through my pictures:
#1: Went to the DMC (digital media center) to get a haircut:
Before:
After:
This is my friend Linh. Her haircut was pretty drastic, mine wasn't. I just got nicer layers and sideswept bangs. Nothing too over the top. I'm planning to get a fob haircut in Taiwan ^^This is the salon we went to. First salon experience ever and I must say, I love the treatment!

We saw some really cool artwork at the DMC:
*note: the DMC is right beside the World Cup Stadium where big football matches are held. Another thing the Stadium will be housing is the Dream Concert on May 22nd! The best thing about it is that I don't have to transfer stop to get there either. It's directly on line 6 ^^
I found a holy grail cafe! It's called Roti-Roti Factory and they serve the best coffee buns. They're a bit pricey, $2 each, but again, totally worth every penny. Or should I say, every won ^^
They have a competitor around the corner which has a one-up against Roti-Roti Factory...it has a 2nd floor which is equivalent to major privacy. You could literally stay on the 2nd floor all day and not feel pressured to leave. But Roti-Roti's buns just taste better so I go there more often. I think the ajumma there likes me b/c I left a note saying that everything was delicious
Here's Roti-Boy from the 2nd story inside:
That's all I'll put in this post. I'll recap more stuff from this weekend tomorrow. Must sleep, eyelids are getting heavier and heavier...
